BECOME, initially managing and marketing a few vacation rentals in the small Harbour Place sub-development came up with the concept to form a vacation rental community with a club that provides vacation options more geared to family and group travelers from budget to luxury and also provide options for the smaller groups, couples and singles who are looking for a great vacation choice. With several properties coming on board it meant that the community would have a large beach front access to all club guests, a private multi-cultural exotic restaurant, 2 pools, mini kids club, wireless internet access, one front desk, first full service concierge services, complimentary maid and room service and cost effective tours and activities. Starting December 1st 2007, the community club will start to function in its first phase, with no need to build structures for accommodation or go through all the red tape for developing a project of similar nature ensures that travelers seeking this option can benefit very soon. The 2nd phase would see the expansion of its services, facilities and amenities to ensure the reality of the first Belizean All Inclusive Family Rental Community is achieved. The 2nd phase is set to be complete March 1st 2008.
